THE UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF SEVERE PREECLAMPSIA

Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy are a leading cause maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide, accounting for more than 70,000 deaths each year. Of all deaths, 10–15% directly associated with preeclampsia (PE) eclampsia. The new version the Ukrainian National Clinical Guideline Protocol «Hypertensive during pregnancy, childbirth postpartum period» 2022 presents synthesis scientific evidence that is relevant to concerning severe PE treatment strategies. It was presented algorithm clinical management pre-eclampsia «CALM DOWN» implemented protocol primary, secondary (specialized) tertiary (highly specialized) medical care. CALM DOWN special mnemonic means «step by step strategy» teamwork. Conclusions. have been proposed optimal timing PE, offers systematize participation member team in provision emergency care should be practice based on peculiarities specifics work, resources, functioning localization maternity facilities when forming personal route patient.
